Jerusalem’s Lot was represented in the House of Representatives by a man named Elias Jointner.[1]

The same Yautja from Bengal hunted in London as well, giving rise to the legend of the murderer Spring-Heeled Jack. It was faced again by Captain Edward Soames, who was employed by the secret order of the mysterious Diogenes Club, led by Mycroft Holmes.[2]

Dracula’s diary, stolen and transported from Snagov three centuries earlier, made it into the hands of Bram Stoker, who decided to write a novel based on it.[3]
