- Vandal Savage was shipwrecked in Atlantis, and began the Society of the Children of the Light.[1][2]
- The mage Arion returned and came to power in Atlantis. Aided by the warrior Wyynde and the Lady Chian, he fought many battles to protect Atlantis from his brother Garn and other threats. Scant years later, however, a battle with invaders from space caused the sinking of the City of the Golden Gate, the continent's capital.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14]
- Arion sent out exploratory Swan ships to seek new lands (at least one of these ships discovered the hidden land of Skartaris).[15][16][17]
